Ryan Klesko is the President of Sparber Recruiting, where he oversees high-level strategy, athlete development standards, and organizational execution. He brings nearly two decades of experience competing — and winning — at the highest levels of professional baseball, paired with executive leadership and business advisory experience beyond the field.

Major League Baseball Career

Klesko spent 16 seasons in Major League Baseball, most notably with the Atlanta Braves, where he was a core contributor during one of the most dominant eras in franchise history. He also played for the San Diego Padres and Arizona Diamondbacks, earning league-wide respect for his power, durability, and professionalism.
