He brings nearly two decades of experience competing — and winning — at the highest levels of professional baseball, paired with executive leadership and business advisory experience beyond the field.

Klesko spent 16 seasons in Major League Baseball, most notably with the Atlanta Braves, where he was a core contributor during one of the most dominant eras in franchise history. He also played for the San Diego Padres and Arizona Diamondbacks, earning league-wide respect for his power, durability, and professionalism.

Sparber founded the company with a mission to create a recruiting model built by players who have been through the process. He assembled a team of former college and professional athletes dedicated to helping the next generation achieve the same goals through disciplined training, structured outreach, and real mentorship.
